- *Romeo X Juliet tells the tragic love story of Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet, whose feelings of love could not connect because of a long time war between the Montague and the Capulet. Even though war hindrances them; their love will never be apart, In life or even death.
Story: Revitalizing the classic tragedy of William Shakespeare into a anime series is truly exceptional and a new level for anime enthusiast to see and even talked about. Though it may inspired William Shakespeare creation, the anime indeed has that essence but putting a small twist with the plot may not seem fully bring out the "William Shakespeare" element within and it has that "Shojo" essence rather than the original which is a bit heavier and more serious. Another good thing about the anime is that, it does have a almost strong connection with literature and can be a small help with educational factors
Animation Art/Voice: Romeo X Juliet is drawn way out of it's point, very beautiful as if it's a "Shojo" anime rather than a general anime. Voice is good but not that "good", more of okay than expected.
Overall Impact and Rating: Romeo X Juliet is close to having a standing ovation for the most epic classical anime of all time, but with the twist in the story. Only an Applause the anime Romeo and X Juliet deserves for now
Rating 4/5 - If only William Shakespeare is part of the anime adaptation production then Romeo X Juliet would be fantastic and outstanding
