- Spoiler:
- *Hyakko tells the story of 4 High School girls as they journey into to their School life in Kamizono Academy with their antics that makes it more interesting and hilarious
Story: Hyakko, an anime about High School girls and their lives as they attend school. The story is literal kinda reminds of Azumanga Daioh; 7 or 8 years later, not because the main characters are girls and they attend high school as friend but more of it's theme slice of life with comedy. Viewers might think in their heads "Does Hyakko wanna surpass Azumanga Daioh?" and it did made a small surpass, Hyakko story may shares with Azumanga but putting small twist and gag moments, that makes it excellent in a small way. The anime adaptation may be fast paced but it's good
Animation Art/Voice: Hyakko's animation is Techinal Old School combining old school ways in the technological ideas it may be good for some it may good for bad or it could be just plain average. the studio behind Hyakko should do polishing. While the animation is average the voices are kinda weak and sometimes strong balancing between bad and good, Aya Hirano's voice is strong while the others are mild weak of their voice emotion. Saying that Aya Hirano being part of the anime series made a small rise for some fans.
Overall Rating and Impact: Hyakko story is good but the whole animation is just plain average. A reboot would be awesome, but I guess it won't be possible.Makes you wanna read the manga rather than watching the anime adaptation.
Rating 2/5 - A very good story but animation is plain. For now,a small anime adaption is enough for Hyakko and a reboot would be good.
