- Spoiler:
- *Shikabane Hime tells the tale of Makina Hoshimura, A corpse Princess who must kill 108 corpses. With her partner Kesei Tagami, the two of them will hunt down corpses for the said belief to happen. And as they search for corpses, many trials await for them.
Story: Getting ahead to the point Shikabane Hime's story is very shonen, it has this dark main stream girls with guns theme of drama and gore "action horror" with a little bit of fan service. Though it's not really hardcore gore "action horror" that scares too much, it's more of an psychological impact rather than scaring and that's the very angle about Shikabane Hime. The Story is filled with that dark heavy and mature feeling that will make anyone wanna know more about the series, but the only not so good about the series is it's "shortness" and "question marks"
Animation Art/Voice: Since Shikabane Hime is a Shonen manga, it should have that Shonen
look art and both the anime and manga has that look of what a Shonen anime/manga have and what fans wanna see . While the drawing has the "looks" the voices are all right and pretty much the same as any other anime out there.
Overall Rating and Impact: Shikabane Hime doesn't have that usual feeling of Shonen anime/manga we all know, this is more heavier, in terms of it's genre, than the others. But with that heavy theme that makes Shikabane Hime attracting and wanting to know more of it.
Rating 4/5 - Dark Story and Girls with guns are the good points while the bad is 26 "too short", A Season 3 and 4 would be awesome and hoping there would be one.
