I randomly downloaded this movie Kimi wo Aishiteru. It was great that I researched about it and found that it was originally a manga. It's a highly recommended manga for shoujo lovers! Warning: tear-jerker

You might be interested in the actors too. Chiaki-sempai of Nodame Cantabile (Tamaki Hiroshi) plays the main character.
