as of now there is no official new about..if bleach is coming back...though there is a twitter tweet...about that...I'm still having suspicions about it...for now let's wait for more updates

Nope it's not banned or anything...maybe the producers will reformat the bleach anime just like what they did to naruto shippuden...I can assure you it's not banned or anything...for now let's just give a proper waiting...
