Sir Crocodile will win easily.

Why?
1.) ex. si gaara ay gagawa ng sand tsunami hindi maano si crocodile dahil si sir crocodile mismo ay buhangin.

2.) si gaara ay physically human kaya pweding e dehydrate o e absorb ni sir Crocodile ang lahat ng tubig na nasa laman ni gaara

3.) crocodile can impale gaara with his poisonous hook.

4.) Sir crocodile is more experience/older in combat.
